The Material Finder is a customized tool that leads users through the first few essential steps of the material selection process. It has been carefully designed to allow users to narrow down a material search quickly and accurately, without narrowing the selection too far.
Once the Material Finder steps are completed, users are presented with a search results page where materials can be narrowed further using a series of range filters. Range filters are dynamically populated filters that reveal the most important property fields for each unique search a user has completed.
From here, materials can be compared side by side and sample requests can be completed with ease. The material finder is a core part of the Sourcebook platform and available to all users - Basic, Premium R&D, and Premium Commercial.
